It starts with a short intake call where we discuss your business, your reporting needs, and the KPIs that matter most to you. You share your existing data files, we design the dashboard, and you review it before we go live. The whole process typically takes one to two weeks from first contact to live dashboard.

Not at all. If you can work with Excel or export a CSV from your software, you have all the technical skills needed. We handle everything else — the data processing, the visualizations, and the hosting. Your team accesses the finished dashboard via a simple link in their browser.

We accept Excel files (.xlsx, .xls), CSV files, and exports from most common business tools (e.g. exports from your CRM, ERP, or accounting software). If your software can export data in a tabular format, we can almost certainly work with it. Get in touch if you're unsure.

Simply upload a new data file in the same format as the original — same column names, same structure. Your dashboard will automatically update to reflect the new data. No additional steps needed. Depending on your package, data refresh can happen monthly, weekly, or daily.

Yes. All data is transferred and stored with encryption. Your dashboard can be password-protected so only authorised users can view it. We sign a data processing agreement (DPA) with all clients to ensure GDPR compliance. We do not share, sell, or use your data for any purpose other than building and updating your dashboard.

There is a one-time onboarding fee to cover the design and build of your initial dashboard. This is quoted based on the complexity of your data and the number of visualizations required. Monthly subscription fees then cover ongoing hosting, data refresh, and support. Contact us for a detailed quote.

Yes. Our packages are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. If you cancel, you retain access to your dashboard until the end of the billing period. We'll also provide an export of your dashboard data on request.

Your dashboard lives on our infrastructure at a URL like simple-dash.com/your-company-name. It's accessible 24/7 from any web browser — no software to install, no server to manage. You share the link with whoever needs to view the dashboard. Enterprise clients can opt for white-labelling on their own domain.

Yes, there is no limit on the number of viewers. You share a single link with your team, leadership, or investors. If you need role-based access (e.g. some users see more detail than others), that's available on Professional and Enterprise plans.

Absolutely. Your business evolves, and so should your dashboard. Minor changes (adding a chart, adjusting a metric) are typically included in your monthly subscription. Larger redesigns or the addition of new data sources are quoted separately. We're here to keep your dashboard relevant.
